Lori Larson – Program Director/Instructor – Lori started performing on stage at Age 4.  Since then, she has studied over 15 years of dance and performed in many stage productions, as well as an award-winning film.  Lori started working with Youth Theatre when her son was younger and she helped with costumes, props, etc.  Lori served as the Youth Program Administrator at TheatreWorks, New Milford TW Kids since 2013.  She stayed on to be an Instructor and Youth Program Director until 2026.  During that time, Lori and Kevin McNulty have directed many youth musical productions together including Bye Bye Birdie, Frozen, Grease, Once Upon A Mattress, Wizard of Oz, Beauty and The Beast, Seussical, Matilda, SPAMALOT, Shrek, and most recently Willy Wonka.  Lori and Kevin developed ACT Out Teen/Young Adult Program in 2024 and together they directed Godspell and Ride the Cyclone.  Lori enjoys every minute working with these young people in a SAFE PLACE and seeing them develop into confident, happy performers.  Lori runs things on the Marketing/Administrative/Creative side of KLM Productions. Lori’s journey/love affair with local musical theatre started in 1992 when she played Taddy Jo in The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas with the Sherman Players.  Some of Lori’s favorite roles are Miss Adelaide in Guys and Dolls, Joanne in Company, Heidi in Fuddy Meers, Ginger the Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, and Aunt Debra in Kimberly Akimbo.  Favorite ensemble roles include Soul Girl in Jesus Christ Superstar, a German in. the Musical Nine, and They’re Playing Our Song.  Lori has lived in New Milford most of her life and is looking forward to many more years working with young performers and enriching the community. Kevin McNulty is an active, Connecticut-based music teacher with a B.S in Music Education from Western Connecticut State University. Music directing since 2019, he has vast experience working with all ages, from students as young as six years old in junior productions, to high school and even college-aged students in full-length productions. He currently works as a high school choral director and helps to run his school’s theatre program. In addition to his music direction experience, Kevin is a lifelong performer and has been acting on the stage since 2009, and is still active in local productions today. As a career educator, Kevin is dedicated to teaching and committed to showing students how to put on a quality production with high music standards and how to have fun while doing it.

Ian McNulty actively serves as the Theater and Choral Director at Joseph A. Foran High School in Milford, CT. He received his Bachelors of Music Education at Western Connecticut State University with a primary in voice and is a recipient of the Don Craige/James Furman Choral Legacy Award. Ian was born and raised in New Milford and has a strong passion for theater and music education
